power bipolar junction transistor

Bipolar Junction Transistor (PNP-NPN) This type of bipolar transistor is an electronic device status solid which consists of two joints (PNP-NPN) that control current flow dare from their terminals.
Establishment of a bipolar transistor PN junctions:
-Issuer: It behaves like a metal (emitter functions as charge carriers).
-Base: Separate the issuer of the collector.
-Collector: Of much greater extent.

The transistor has three operating states: state court and state saturation state
activity
NPN

In it the letters "N" and "P" refer to carriers major load within
different parts of the transistor.
consists of a layer of doped semiconductor material (the "base") between two layers of doped material N. A small current entering the base in common emitter configuration is amplified in the collector output. PNP
Letters "P" and "N" referring to the majority loads in different regions of the transistor. Few transistors used today are PNP, since the NPN provides much better performance in most circumstances.
These consist of a layer of doped semiconductor material N between two layers of material P. doped PNP transistors are operated with the collector to ground and the emitter connected to the positive terminal of the power supply through an external electrical load. Posted by: Emmanuel Angel
